hurrah, independence day. 49 years later, independence day involves:

-all night parties the night before
-convoys of half drunk motorcyclists flying malaysian flags
-sleeping and enjoying the holiday

we spent the night having a large meal at this hawker's place just behind JJ Ipoh, then a quick shopping trip and a night of singing at e-box, all the way til midnite, followed by supper at tong sui kai. mad, fun, and enjoyable. ahaks.

now to relax.

interesting! and since i fulfil three (maybe even four) of those, does that make me an antisocial sociopath? not as far as i can tell, since i'm pretty sure i'm not. but still, interesting. and in a related development, i have yet again pissed someone else off (whoopsies. it's a long story anyway, but safe to say i think i won't be giving any tutorials to her again), and relationship-wise, the carrot is still dangling... so to speak. officially single, but then again, life is seldom so straightforward. gahahaha.

recent events: i completed both seasons of House MD in a week (and a few days)! nice! sorry, but i have a thing for curly haired, sarcastic, egoistic and manipulative people who are actually quite nice deep down inside, but refuse to show it. aha! and i'm back to daily games of dota. god i'm gonna miss the student life.

migration

ho hum. i'm sitting in class, and i'm supposed to be learning new and wonderful things about job queues, i/o interrupts and process scheduling. fortunately, i'm spending the time doing this instead... thank god for modern technology.

moved to this new address (isn't it sooo much easier to remember??), coincidentally on my roomie's bday (happy bday fong...). yes i know, im easily distracted, but sometimes that's a good thing.
